Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements

2.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. Running multiple accounts under the same name, multiple accounts from the same device, or multiple accounts using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. b44 sbs reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit their balances if this rule is violated.
2.3 Account Security
It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the b44 sbs support team immediately. b44 sbs will not be responsible for any loss resulting from sharing account details with another person.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
b44 sbs may at any time request a national ID card or other documents to verify a user's identity. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account is reserved.
Age Restrictions
All casino and betting activities on b44 sbs are for persons aged 21 and above only. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.
At the time of registration, the user confirms that they are at least 21 years of age. b44 sbs may request a date-of-birth document as proof of age if needed. If a minor operates an account under a concealed identity, all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Purpose of Deposits
Funds deposited on b44 sbs are intended solely for gaming and betting activities. Depositing money from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Withdrawals and Payouts
Users can withdraw funds from their account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
5.1 Basic Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified.
- If the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met, withdrawals may be partially or fully withheld.
- For large withdrawal amounts, additional verification may be required if identity verification has not been completed.
- Once a withdrawal request has begun processing, it may not be possible to cancel it.
5.2 Withdrawal Rejection
A withdrawal request may be rejected or put on hold in the following situations: if there are any irregularities in the account, if KYC verification is incomplete, if bonus requirements have not been met, or if a security-related investigation is ongoing.
Bonuses and Promotions
b44 sbs offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus is not counted as real money — it is a benefit for placing bets.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering is completed.
- Whether multiple bonuses can be active at the same time will be stated in the specific terms of each bonus.
- If there is evidence of fraudulent use of a bonus, the account will be closed and the bonus cancelled.
- b44 sbs reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
6.3 VIP Program
The b44 sbs VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze tier members receive up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver tier members receive 0.8%, and Gold tier members receive 1.2% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week.
Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is not considered confirmed until it has been finally accepted. The bet becomes active upon receipt of a confirmation message. b44 sbs reserves the right to cancel any bet due to technical issues or incorrect odds being displayed.
7.2 Cancelled or Incomplete Events
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the scheduled time, the bet amount is generally refunded. However, different action may be taken based on the rules of specific markets — please refer to the rules of the relevant event for details.
7.3 Special Provisions for Sports Betting
- In live betting, odds can change quickly; the odds applicable at the time the bet is placed will be considered final.
- In a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, the combined odds will be recalculated.
- Bets placed at odds set on the basis of incorrect information may be corrected or cancelled.
Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the following activities will result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate or gain unauthorised access to any system or software on the platform.
- Abusing bonuses or following fraudulent betting methods.
- Claiming bonuses repeatedly through multiple accounts.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or operate another user's account.
- Placing bets on the basis of prior knowledge of event results (insider information).
- Attempting to recover funds through chargebacks or payment disputes.
Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Suspension by b44 sbs
b44 sbs reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice due to a breach of these terms, suspicious activity or security concerns. During the suspension period, access to deposits, withdrawals and betting will be restricted.
9.2 Closure by the User
If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they must contact the support team. All pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed, and any active bonuses will be considered cancelled.

Liability and Limitations
b44 sbs makes every effort to keep the platform running without interruption and free of errors; however, b44 sbs will not be responsible for service disruptions in the following situations:
- Problems caused by internet connection issues or the user's own device.
- Errors related to third-party service providers (payment gateways, game providers).
- Service disruptions due to natural disasters, cyberattacks or other causes beyond our control.
- Temporary downtime during maintenance work.
If a large win is shown or incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, b44 sbs reserves the right to correct or cancel the relevant transaction.
Privacy of Personal Information

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to any change, the option to close your account remains open.
